The Beechcraft Bonanza G36 is the current version of the six-seat Bonanza, a type that has been in production since 1947. It has club seating, double rear doors for easy loading and a 300-horsepower Continental six-cylinder engine, and it is known for its solid handling and build quality.
The G36 name arrived with the Garmin G1000 glass cockpit and integrated autopilot, and later aircraft have the G1000 NXi. Turbonormalized versions (G36 TN) keep sea-level power at altitude, which suits owners in the mountain West.
